Annette Gorelick,  Founder and President      

Annette Gorelick is Founder and President of G4 Green Connections and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP O+M); a credential awarded by the US Green Building Council that demonstrates her knowledge of and certifies her in sustainable building technologies..  G4 Green Connections is an education consulting company specializing in green education, professional development, and the creation of successful partnerships to achieve sustainable facility operations.  Annette has assisted clients with “greening” their facilities, earning credits towards LEED facility certifications, and enhancing personal and professional credentials.  The company mission is to build an enduring culture of sustainability through education and networking.

Annette has served as President of the Atlanta Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).    Annette was the 2009 recipient of the International Facility Management Association Award for Outstanding Associate Member – Atlanta Chapter.  The Atlanta Chapter was the IFMA International 2013 Awards of Excellence recipient for Large Chapter of the Year for accomplishments during Annette’s leadership as President.  Annette also serves on the IFMA Sustainability and Education committees.

Additionally, Annette has served as Chair of the Education and Events Committee of the Atlanta branch of the Georgia Chapter of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).  The committee is responsible for  planning a variety of educational sessions, credential maintenance programs, networking events and tours.

Annette has authored articles on sustainable building practices and been published in the IFMA Atlanta newsletter, the online journal Green Building Pro, and Office Commercial Atlanta magazine.

Annette holds an MA degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School of Communications and Journalism, and a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.



Ira Gorelick, Director of Curriculum Development

Ira Gorelick is a career educator and telecommunications professional.  Ira has worked in the telecommunications industry for 36 years, primarily with GTE and Verizon Wireless.  His telecommunications industry expertise includes wireless data, intelligent network planning, fraud prevention and strategy, product management, and training.

Additionally, Ira has been working in adult education for 25 years, as a Communications instructor for Chapman College, and the University of Phoenix, and a senior faculty member in the Telecommunications program at the Devry-Keller Graduate School.  He was awarded the 1999 Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year for Keller Graduate School.

Ira is a published author and has worked with Cellular Business Magazine and the National Engineering Consortium, and has served on the Technical Advisory Editorial Board for Cellular Integration Magazine.  Ira has also been a featured speaker at the Atlanta Wireless Industry Forum, Cellular Telephone Industry Association, the Annual Telematics Convention, and Atlanta Workplace.

Ira holds an MA degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School of Communications and Journalism, and a BA degree in Communications Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Ira served in the United States Army from 1969-1971 and has lived abroad in Germany and Greece.
